The Catechism of the Catholic Church tells us that "Human virtues acquired by education, by deliberate acts and by a perseverance ever renewed in repeated efforts are purified and elevated by divine grace. With God's help, they forge character and facility in the practice of the good. The virtuous man is happy to practice them. (1810)

Tuition & Fees Policy for John Paul II Catholic High School
Tuition for the 2011-2012 academic year will remain $3,995.
One of the universal challenges in private education is achieving a balance between our educational mission and financial stability. It is precisely for this reason we are partnering with FACTS Management Company to help us with our tuition management and financial aid assessments. FACTS services over 5000 schools nationally and thousands of families each year.
Over 100 private and faith-based schools in Indiana, including Saint Patrick School, use FACTS. We are excited to be working with FACTS and are hopeful that this program will lead to greater financial stability for the school. We believe the FACTS program will be beneficial to the school and our families for the following reasons:
1. You may check your personal account from the convenience of your home or office online anytime.
2. Parents benefit by not having to write a check each month. You may choose either the
5th or 20th of each month as your automatic payment date.
Automatic payments can be made from any bank account.
3. The program will assist us in building up a better cash reserve so that we’ll have the necessary cash on hand to meet our payment obligations.
4. The program will enable us to project cost and income figures on a more predictable basis so that we can better plan for the future.
5. Finally, school administrative staff can spend more time on education, development and related issues.
Our school has adopted the following tuition payment policy for the next school year. Families can pay their tuition bill in one of two ways.
1. An $800 deposit by July 15, 2011 with the balance of tuition due by August 8, 2011. These payments will be made directly to the school.
2. An $800 deposit by July 15, 2011 and 9 automatic monthly payments through the FACTS Payment Plan. Payments will start in August 2010. Again, you can choose either the 5th or 20th of the month as your payment date.
There is a $41 per year, per family charge for families wishing to budget their tuition over the school year. Families wishing to Pay-In-Full would NOT be on the FACTS plan.
If you choose to budget, you will authorize your bank to automatically transfer your monthly tuition bill from your checking or savings account through FACTS. Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of your account. Your bank makes the payment for you directly to FACTS on the day you authorize. John Paul II Catholic High School’s Board of Governors has stated that no qualified student will be denied admission to John Paul II Catholic High School for financial reasons. With FACTS, the school maintains decision-making control. We can always make an adjustment to a family’s FACTS account in the event of a financial hardship or special circumstances brought to us by a school family. Please contact the school office if you would like to set up a FACTS Automatic Tuition Payment Agreement.
Tuition payment agreements must be completed and returned to the school no later than May 16, 2011.
